Our mission is to work with colleagues, patients, carers and the wider public to ensure that at our Hospital, ‘Everybody Matters’.

Our Values & Behaviours

We are on a continuous journey to become an organisation that consistently delivers high standards of care to all our patients. Working with our staff and with input from our patients, we have developed values and behaviours to guide us through this journey.

Our values and behaviours define the organisation that we are, and aspire to be. This is reflected in our staff; it is very important that all of our staff embody and live up to these standards. In fact, we specifically look for candidates that can demonstrate these values and behaviours to be welcomed into our team.
